Bob Hickson
Bob first joined A.P. Webb Plant Hire in 1982 and has been at the forefront of the company’s expansion ever since. His wealth of knowledge and expertise in most industries makes him a specialist in… well just about everything. However, if pushed for an answer, Bob’s passion is Dozers and Tracked Loading shovels and this has been invaluable to recent training of new Operators. As if that weren’t enough, Bob works in the POS Department and is a great envoy on site whilst acting as POS Representative and Mentor to new Operators. This affords Bob a high level of respect and he is a prominent voice of reason at the companies Performance Improvement Team meetings. Bob has completed his Assessors Award and is hoping to continue onto his Training qualification in the near future.
